Hey there I'm Pete, currently a junior BFA student! Not much to me, art is just about the only thing I do.
- I'm an interdisciplinary artist with experience in Illustration, Graphic Design, 2D & 3D Animation, Paper-making, Sculpture, and Printmaking.
- Career goal is to go into a field where I can sculpt large-form character work.
- I'm autistic and my special interest is art, an off-shoot of that being my own characters. I've written hundreds of characters and am currently concepting a graphic novel.
- My biggest media/tv interests are Danny Phantom, The Muppets, and DC's Legends of Tomorrow. I could also talk to you for a very long time about theme park animatronics.
- I collect vinyl records and listen mostly to old 40's-50's stuff.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS. I have also outlined my schedule and payment process here for easy access.

GENERAL

I WILL NOT DRAW FOR:
LGBT-phobes, TERFs, Zoophiles, MAPs, "Blue Lives Matter", "Proshippers", Racists, NFTbros, etc.
If you attempt to commission me you will be blacklisted and blocked immediately.
If I work with someone who turns out to align with any of the above please tell me immediately.

- Every account of mine is strictly SFW. I am an adult, I do not personally mind if 18+ accounts follow me or commission me for SFW artwork (unless you are seen to be engaging in hateful or unlawful content)- However, do not put my work into NSFW or fetish context, no matter how tame.
- If you have proven to be disrespectful during any point of the commission process, I will terminate the commission immediately.
(with refund)This is in regard to anything along the lines of:
-Using hateful speech towards me or others, or any type of harassment.
-Coloring my WIPs or sketches without permission.
-Claiming my art or someone else's as your own.
-Failure to follow these T.O.S guidelines.I reserve the right to decline any commission, and will give an explanation if asked.

SCHEDULE & TURNAROUND

As of December 2022 I am part-time and working another job. I often am unavailable in the afternoons.
Currently, I work on art in the evenings and on Sundays/Mondays.

- I work every day of the week, my classes are usually 5 hours and my work shifts span 5-8 hours, so there may be periods I cannot respond to DM's, but I will always answer within 24 hours.
- Please do not message me hourly/daily within the first week of ordering, I will cancel your commission and refund. I've had this experience often and it is very stressful to receive daily dm's right when someone sees me online. Please respect my work speed and queue. If you need daily updates due to anxiety I completely understand, just please ask me first.- My turnaround window given my current schedule is anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months.
- If you really need something done ASAP. I have a 75% upcharge for guaranteed 48 hr turnaround, 50% for guaranteed within a week. I will tell you upfront if I cannot make time to do such a task within your deadline.
- I do not take a new batch of a commission type until the previous commission batch has been completed. Other items of that type in queue are art trades I'm doing outside of work.
- Starting June 2023 I am going to try and send updates every weekend as my irl work schedule allows. You are always free to contact me about the status of work.

PAYMENT

- Payment must be made through PayPal. I will need your e-mail for invoicing.
- I take payment after the sketch stage, please hold your funds for at least 1 week so they're available when I have the sketch.
I require upfront payment for Sketches and Mini Customs as they do not have a WIP stage.
- I will not continue a commission until payment has ben sent. You will be blacklisted if you take the WIP and never pay.
- As of April 2023, I will not hold unpaid commissions longer than 10 days- unless I did not deliver the sketch in an appropriate amount of time.
- You are free to cancel a commission at any time before the first WIP/sketch is delivered.- I am always readily available for refunds, contact me to talk about them.
- Any sketchy behaviors during the payment process may lead to me blacklisting you.Regarding fees on a commission:
- I do not currently charge a fee for complex character designs.
- I have a rush fee, see above.
- Large or multiple props may need an extra fee. This would be something like furniture or bikes, etc.
- I don't charge a prop fee for musical instruments. I would love to draw your character with their instrument!

FURTHER INFO

- It is your responsibility as the commissioner to specify the details of your commission beforehand. This is in regards to any specifics of the drawing, such as posing, background, and desired atmosphere. I will ask you this beforehand to know if you have anything in mind.
If you'd like me to make multiple versions of an illustration, please specify it before I begin. Any heavy edits I have to make in the middle of the process may warrant extra cost.
- As the commissioner, you reserve the right to the finished artwork and may repost it with proper credit given. However, my work is for personal use only. This means you may upload it to character galleries or crop it for icons, etc. However, you may NOT make heavy edits to my work such as tracing over it or erasing part of it, erasing my signature, etc.
- I may post the artwork on social media or use the illustration as an example of my work in portfolios or promotion. (If you want me to refrain from posting the art anywhere or for a certain amount of time ex. if its meant to be a surprise gift, game spoilers, etc. that's fine! Please just notify me beforehand.)
- You may not use the illustration in any commercial products unless we have discussed the terms of that arrangement beforehand and I have explicitly given permission.
- My work may never be used in AI-training technology, involved in cryptocurrency, or advertised as an NFT.

DESIGNS

- I do my first drafts of designs in a small doodle style to get down colors/markings, please don't hesistate to ask for any changes even if large, that is what the draft is for!
- I will not incorporate appropiative themes in my designs.
- The only languages I will use in text on designs are English and German. I don't have a way of checking text in other languages to make sure they're accurate.
- In rare cases, I may ask if you have a different design prompt in mind for me to work with. This is usually due to it be something I'm not comfortable drawing.
- Ask me before having me create a design for a species MYO.
- I won't reference other artists' designs. You're free to give me a batch of designs that inspire you (like a dreamy folder) but I will reject a commission if the design prompt seems to similar to something preexisting.
- In regards to above ^ If a character belongs to you or your friend and you really want a sibling or similar character I need screenshots of explicit permission from the designer and owner.

Do not resell unless you paid for the design as a custom/adopt, or have commissioned art of them. I will blacklist you. I have no patience for people making profit off of designs I have gifted to them.- Feel free to edit my designs however you'd like, just please keep me as a designer credit somewhere!
- You can sell prints/merch etc of your art (or if you have a commercial art contract from another artist), its your character and you have the rights to your artwork and such! However, you may not sell the original adopt/custom file of the character for commercial purposes.
- Do not claim any of my designs as purely your own. Please credit me when uploading them. It's a-okay to add yourself or others as a design credit if they get redesigned!
- Don't assign value that doesn't exist. If you bought a character for $50 don't say it was originally $100 (commissioned art value on top is just fine). Don't resell for a higher value than the character is worth.
- You're free to gift or trade my designs. I may blacklist if designs are frequently traded within a week by the same person, I don't appreciate my work being used as trade fodder but I understand some circumstances so just ask me if you can!
- You do not own the design until payment has been sent or the art/characters offered have been completed and sent.
- I do not endorse hateful / offensive, racist, or LGBT-phobic characters being made from my designs.
- Users I've blocked should not be attempting to gain more of my designs after they're aware I've blocked.

Custom Designs

Batch openings for customs are rare and a limited slot basis. However, I work on minis on my iPad in my freetime, so feel free to ask and I'll let you know if I am available!

As a note: I don't take kindly to my designs being "flipped" and it can affect if I will work with you in the future.

"flip" meaning reselling the design less than a week since you received it and/or selling for a higher price without any extra art. I only tend to take this into account if I see it done often by the same person.

What kind of tablet do you have?
I currently only use an iPad Pro
I wanted to get a commission in x style, but I can no longer find the option?
As of April 2023, I changed the options I'm offering for commissions and ended up limiting them to only a few. These are what I'd like to prioritize making and have the most enjoyment for!
Why did your prices go up?
When I got an employed job I became more aware of hourly wages and finances, and I'm trying to be more mindful of my worth!
Will you do customs in exchange for art/characters?
Maybe, feel free to DM me and offer!
What kind of payment do you take for commissions/How does payment work?
I work through PayPal in USD ($), and will ask for payment after the sketch is complete.
What programs do you use?
When I'm on a PC, Paint Tool SAI. I use Ibis Paint on my iPad.
Can I use your brushes?
I only really use the default brushes on each program so I don't honestly have any custom ones to share with you :']
